rebecca_24 Hi, sorry for the bother but I was looking over some listings on another posher’s closet and noticed that you asked her for a refund because she sent you a fake Anastasia Beverly Hills Makeup palette! I recently bought a Mac setting spray from her and when looking at her closet, she was selling tons of Mac makeup for cheap and most of them looked very fake!

rebecca_24 She said that all her products are “Authentic” and so I personally messaged her and she confirmed that they are authentic but she can’t confirm receipts since she does want anyone to steal them (picture of the receipts).

rebecca_24 I’m pretty sure she’s a scammer but still tons of innocent people have bought from her! My question for you is, How was the return process of your items? I feel like posh isn’t going to give me a refund because I don’t have proof that it’s fake since I don’t own any Mac setting spray to compare! Her account name is angelinaspe and I hope to report her but she apparently is a “top seller” on posh.

alyousif @rebecca_24 Hey girl! Fake makeup and beauty products can be so dangerous, I certainly wouldn’t risk your health. When contacted directly she was incredibly accommodating and didn’t fight me at all on the return. If she’s not shipped yet you can message her and try to cancel the transaction. Otherwise, you can file for a return once you receive the item. Given her history I don’t imagine it’d be too much of an issue for you to receive a refund. Hope this helps!
