laboone04 Just got my order today. Box was ripped. And the box for the shoes as described and pictured was not with the booties. Plus it is bad service to never message back a buyer. I submitted an offer before I paid full price u never said anything on my offer, then I paid full price never heard anything. Shipping was delayed then no box for the booties and I am giving these as a gift to someone that's why the box is important. You shouldn't put in original box if u are not sending the box with it.

lexey_heryford @laboone04 Hi There! I am SO sorry for the issues. I sent the box out via Priority mail the day after you purchased. USPS is severely delayed right now, and it shows that I shipped out next day. I apologize for not seeing your initial offer, and not messaging. This was my first sale, and I have never messaged with sellers when I have purchased in the past. I still have the box, and am willing to send it to you for the trouble? You can also contact USPS about the damage to the box.

lexey_heryford It was obviously brand new when I got it at the post office. The original box did not fit in the box that they gave me for the label. Apologies!

laboone04 @lexey_heryford I understand I know the box being damaged want your fault the boots are fine i was under the impression the box for the shoes came with it and i am giving these as a gift so i really wanted the box because of that. That is one of the main reasons I purchased from you because they were new and you had the box. So yes I would love to have it for that reason if possible thanks

lexey_heryford @laboone04 if I can grab your address, I can ship it out Monday. Keep in mind that USPS is still very delayed right now, just so that you are aware. As pictured, the orginal box did not arrive to me in perfect condition. Just so that you are aware before I send it.
