banana481 oh no, I'm so sincerely disappointed that I missed such an obvious sign of wear to your purchase. I can't explain how unhappy that honestly makes me feel. especially when I was excited about you being excited upon opening the package ( or so I imagined). my sincerest apologies. is there anything I can do to make it right? are you able to use the bag based on your standards?

banana481 my main goal is that I sell items that will be well worth the buyers money and I aspire for my buyers to feel that way when their product arrives. it sounds like you had the opposite effect and I'm really sorry. take a look through my closet and see if you like else available? lexiswenson @banana481 Oh no!! I'm sorry to make you worry. The bag is still beautiful, don't get me wrong - and you sold it to me for a great price! The faded end of the bag won't be showing from the front, so its not a super big deal. I'm going to try washing the bag and conditioning it to see if it makes a difference. I appreciate your concern and don't think negatively of you as a seller at all. Don't worry about sending any additional things. I am still very happy at the end of the day :)
