Hello, I just saw your rating for the converse heart sneakers. We had a death in my family so my husband helped me get them out to you in a timely fashion while I was out of town…he probably grabbed the nearest shipping box. And yes, we foster a cat and a dog so possible that he didn’t look as thoroughly as I would have.
