Well, it use to be my sisters and she gave it to me to sell so I honestly don't know, but I measured it and the top elastic part of the blouse is 17in laying flat and then 20.5 inches when I stretch the elastic part as far as it will go then the hem of the blouse is 22in when laying flat if that helps?
