lbrolley issue with the mail. they said that postage was insufficient. I would have to pay $20 to accept package. Not sure what went wrong?

alexis_comeaux @lbrolley I’m happy for you to keep them. And I can send you the $20 to cover the botched shipping label. I don’t think it’s worth our time honestly to worry over it; it’s not a huge amount of money and I’m happy to just take care of it for you.

alexis_comeaux I did just send a contact request to posh Mark to get their feedback and help. If we can figure out what went wrong with the shipping label I can try it again if you are still interested. When I receive the item back from you I can ship it out again or I can ship you the second pair that I have because they’re identical to the first. Thanks for your patience and your graciousness. I’ll keep you posted on what I learn.

alexis_comeaux @lbrolley Hi laura. I received the earbuds back. Would you like to try the purchase and shipment again? I received feedback from Posh Mark And they suggested that I try using a different packing envelope or box. They couldn’t identify anything wrong with the label. Of course the weight and size were not an issue. I’m not sure what to think about what happened. But I can try sending in a tiny box instead of a mailer.

lbrolley @alexis_comeaux Hi. I before I submit an offer again I am a little hesitant now. Not the best experience. Like you said not sure what went wrong. In the description you state that they are brand new and unopened. What if they are defective and do not work properly? Then I would be out $40. Not sure, maybe I should spend $25 more and buy from Dicks. Thinking...

alexis_comeaux @lbrolley Hi Laura! I totally understand where you are coming from. Please do what feels aligned for you. I’m not super thrilled with the shipping experience either, especially without reassurance from Posh that there was a helpful, identifiable, problem/solution with the shipping label. Time consuming 😂. I’m about ready to just donate them to a local women’s shelter. I’m dropping off other items there tomorrow anyway and maybe someone with need will benefit🦋💫🤩💚
