t_wheelerdealer The case has to be charged and it will go up to a full charge. There was no issue with the case before it was shipped to you. Please charge it and update your review of the items.

lexielane_xoxo @terjmente I charged it overnight and used today, that’s why my review took as long as it did. The case charges my phone about 20% before being dead.

t_wheelerdealer Remember to press once to see the battery life of the mophie and press and hold to turn it on or off. If it is on the entire day it will only just help the battery not die as fast.
