lexiekristine @lyssapatten Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sale Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Cancel Order Step 5: Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order. I did find this to cancel on your end if that's possible, and then I can get you the money sooner 🙂 If not I'll wait until they respond. Thank you so much!! I appreciate it
