kathieg333 Hi. I received your 4 star review on my Newport hat. I was wondering how I could improve ship time when I shipped same day or next day? How could I have improved my listing? I had 10 photos and a photo of the inside marks and that the hat smelled of smoke in caps and all was described in the listing? It was packaged properly and safely with a thank you note and you received it safely. Please let me know specifically what else I could have done. Thank you.
