soydeluna Hi there, I was not aware that the Madewell Tote never got to you. I never got it either. I just know the tracking shows it was delivered. Are you able to report it with Poshmark? When I look through my tools, I don’t seem to have any options from my end to help resolve this sort of issue once it shows as delivered.
