joiememe I am so very sorry when I went to go print the label today and wrap it I noticed the strap was totally defective. I'm so sorry I have had several of these and never had this problem. I have a few myself me too. I'm going to refund your money right now. I didn't contact you right away cuz I had a couple people checking to see if I could come up with another one but none as of yet I am so very sorry.
