alli_65 I received your rating on the item you purchased and giving a three star was wrong. There was no menu included. It was NOT stated in the listing that it was included. Any and all questions should be asked before making a purchase. Please do so in the future. I am an honest seller and it was very wrong of you to only give 3 stars when YOU did not ask if it was included.
