Hi. I hope all is ok. You purchased my converse John Varvatos shoes two days ago. I was packaging them up for shipment this morning and I realized that these are in fact an 11.5 and not an 11... I also can not find the box top for the life of me. I have the original box and all the inner parts. Just not the top.
If you want a refund, just tell me. If not, I will ship as soon as I hear from you.

Hi... I tried contacting you this morning. You purchased a pair of shoes from me... the listing had them listed as an 11... they are actually an 11.5. I am sorry for mislabeling the listing. I don’t want to send something you are going to be unhappy with. Please let me know if you still want these.

@liapose I wrote you three times about these shoes asking you what you wanted to do. I really wished you had just answered. Going through a return costs money I don’t have.
I’m just super frustrated. I don’t know what to do. People have always been communicative. You left me out to dry and now I have no clue how to fix this.

@sickofitall95 if I haven't answer you, you shouldn't have shipped the shoes. You knew the size were not the same as described. The right thing to do was cancel the order.
