@cookingtigers you are very welcome! Remember Hartmann has warranty so if you ever gave any issues it could be fixed by sending to a repair shop. Jisy contact a hartmann or samsonite store, they will help you better than customer service. Enjoy your luggage and ur trip to Europe. Ps: I used it once but I forgot to check the pockets before I shipped it today so if u find anything of mine plesse do let me know!

hello I bought a Samsonite train case from you in December. I am just delivering it to my Mother now due to the Corona virus. We can't get it open!!!
what is the code? I thought it had a key? please help 😟

@sheryl_docs hey there, the code is the original manufacturer code 000 and the key was inside the case. the case was not locked as I placed the key inside before I shipped it. thank you for your purchase!

@sheryl_docs it was working before I shipped it, it was opening as I took pictures of it and placed it on poshmark for sale. maybe you dont open the right way?

@trasman the product detailed is inside your suitcase, there are numbers on the tag inside ur suitcase that would tell when the product was made ex: the year, month, date and other numbers like the case item and color etc. I don't think I have the card but the manufactured warranty is 10 year warranty on wheels handles, pull handle and zipper🙃 you can also look on Samsonite website and see the warranty for stryde and print that. hope that helps!
