bopbear01 Lia, hi, this is Ali, you recently purchased the crossbody bag from my closet. Your item is on the way. Unfortunately, the information showing on my posh account was saying two items were going to you. I even double checked it because the user names were different, but when I referred back, it said both items were to go to you. I thought it odd not to combined shipping, that's what made me double check.Two items will arrive at your address

bopbear01 Continued message re: item sent to you by accident. I spoke with the post office and was told the extra item will arrive to you but they will ask that you pay postage. I am hoping you will be willing to go ahead and pay that postage in the mean time I will have posh credit your account back the shipping cost. I will have them send you a confirmation message. I am waiting to hear back from them now.

bopbear01 @summerslia You are correct it was suppose to go to another destination. I sent a card same day with the correct shipping label included. The only part us I am trying to explain to posh, but they don't seem to understand yet that the other package was identical to yours so when it arrived postman will ask for postage pay upon delivery. That's why I am getting them to credit your account back the cost of shipping, then it would even back out.

bopbear01 @summerslia They ate hopefully going to understand by the third message. And , see if the extra package gers sent back to me, i will be charged $12 shipping for both ways, and the item is a six dollar item, which yields me a 3 $ profit Lol. Funny huh! But I am hoping they will fully comprehend this time, and it was a technical error on posh, i double checked right away because of different user name but same recipient address, then it happened again the next day buy I caught it😬

summerslia @bopbear01 that’s really frustrating. I’m sorry. If it becomes easier for me to just buy the extra item from you let me know. We can just ask Posh to mark it sold to me, and I can formally accept it. I know that’s annoying for the other buyer, but it sounds like they’ll be waiting awhile for their item anyway.

bopbear01 Hi. I am not sure what happened but it is now appearing that you are returning the bag. I know you explained you wanted to keep that item but the posh support reads it as you are requesting a return,it's somewhat automated. I am not sure what to do. I am going to contact posh support did the shipping label not arrive in a seperate envelope? I will be in touch.
