mgmohsen Hi Lia, I’m so sorry you weren’t satisfied with the Furla satchel you purchased from me. I am wondering what caused you to not give me a 5 star rating since I advertised the item as is, sent it to you wrapped in tissue paper, and shipped in a timely manner .
