ncolorado Hi! PM says your returning the lulu bra? So I did not mail the cups yesterday...the case is marked as returned approval. If that is incorrect I will mail them today but then pm needs to be notified to change case status.

lianesekhar I have no idea why the case is marked for me to return the bra. This was never my intention-- I never once requested this. We want the bra AND the inserts. I thought we had it all worked out. Now, I get a new PM msg saying I should return the bra for a refund. In fact, if they look at my previous comment trail on this thread, they will see that I said they can close the entire case, because I trusted that you were sending the inserts...

lianesekhar Will you mail the inserts now? I've been emailing PM for weeks trying trying to have them stop sending me requests to return the bra because neither of us wanted this. All they kept sending me was form responses of "...received your email and will get back to you..." which they never did. Finally, I received a msg saying case closed.
