crazybirdstreas I am so sorry that you seem upset with your purchase. I cannot help if the box was torn up it was definitely not torn up when I shipped it. I even had a fragile sign put on it. the USPS boxes would not fit that bag so I had to get a bigger box and pack it with tissue. I also had a thank you note written out ready for you but I was also on my way out of town and I forgot to add it in the box. I'm so sorry.
