neissasakye Can you please give me a response so I can know what’s going on? I don’t mean to be rude but I need my package... the USPS said you need to create a new label and re-ship it. I’ve contacted poshmark and haven’t received anything. The lady at your postal service said that the man who delivers to you has been on that route a long time and doesn’t know why it would have gotten sent back but I have made 5 inquiries about this and I just need answers or at least a time estimate.

neissasakye I was supposed to receive my order on the 13th and I was told it was going to be reshipped Friday and it wasn’t. I haven’t received any updates and I won’t be shopping here ever again. Very unprofessional to not respond knowing that the difficulties aren’t even my fault. All I asked for was to be updated. I have contacted USPS in both of our states and they said you had to drop it back off to be reshipped. It hasn’t been sent and my wedding is in a month. Thanks so much for making it harder.

littlelibby @neissasakye the first package was returned to me. It took Posh two days to resend me a different tracking. I dropped the package off at a drop center last Saturday. If the USPS lost it that isn’t my fault. I am out an wedding dress now. Sorry your wedding is in a month but that’s why purchasing a dress in advance is important.
