ble0312 Sorry you didn’t like the veil! It actually is the veil in the pictures. 100%. And most veils do have two tiers, especially longer veils. It is so you can wear it traditionally (over your face/head) if you wish but I just wore it in my hair and loved how it looked. Again, very sorry you did not like it but I wanted to let you know that it is the veil in the pictures. I would not post anything that was not as pictured.
