alleynecloset Hi Libby, I contacted Poshmark about the pumps. this is what I said to them: "I noticed a small defect on the pumps that weren't there when I originally posted the shoes. if the buyer would like a refund it's OK, and will you let the buyer know that she does not have to return the shoes to me. Please forward this message to the buyer." That being said, if you decide that you want a refund please contact poshmark to let them know I that I said you could keep the shoes & receive a refund. Thanks
