posh11mark Hi, Liberty- I still haven’t received the Donald Pliner Gita boots. The USPS can’t supply me with information as to where the boots went after 4/24. The boots were computer scanned on that date, so they can’t tell me what facility they were scanned at. I reached out via text, online and by phone 4 times. I have opened 2 cases on the package. I was told today by USPS customer service to give it 2 more days. I thought you might appreciate knowing what’s happening. Take care, Lizzy

posh11mark @llucken Thanks! I’m sorry too!🤷‍♀️ I appreciate your offer to help! It may be too soon though. I’m thinking I’ll give it the two days before any further action. USPS said that nothing can be done before that time frame in order to give them a chance to figure out where the package is. This is my second time opening a claim. The first time they said they had tried to reach me, then closed it. I had NO missed calls. I’ll keep you updated. 🤷‍♀️
