n415 (part2) I also reached out to Posh Customer Service to see if I could refund you partial of payment so you could take the coat for dry cleaning. (I have no pets so not sure about the smell. I had it hung in a garment bag.) Posh Customer Service said that I couldn’t give refund bc the transaction is complete. I’d be happy to send you a check for 50% refund ($17) as courtesy and my apology.
