gorgeousnyc Hi. I see from the receipt that my 2 packages were scanned, but BOTH scans shoe the same Label number. Perhaps the worker scanned the same box twice or the same label was applied to both packages (obviously my error). I'm reaching out to the other customer & asking if she received your box in addition to hers. I will do everything I can to resolve this. Just want to keep you informed. You have the ability to cancel the purchase and get a full refund. I cannot do that on my end.
