_luvmylife_ @juliana_galarza sorry to bother you but the tracking info says item was rerouted due to an incorrect shipping address or zipcode on the shipping label. Was it a preprinted label and was the packaging new? Our post offices return everything that has extra shipping labels no removed from old packaging.

_luvmylife_ @juliana_galarza hoping to catch it before post office ships it back out. When I called them they said the zip code on label ends in 11 but it should be 38.
