Hello! I’m the one that sent you the Mickey ears and just received your rating. Unfortunately, due to an extreme circumstance (a death in the family) I wasn’t able to ship in time which is why I added the little gift (Disney bag) inside as an apology. I am sorry for the condition the item was received. I tried to wrap it multiple times in the tissue paper and it may have ripped during delivery since it was not torn when I shipped it. Therefore, I don’t believe I should have received 2/5 stars.
