lilacaroline12 @dogshowgurl normally, I would have absolutely accepted your offer. The issue wasn’t with you or your offer, I realized when I went to get the shirt that is was damaged. I pride myself on being 100% accurate with posting and listing, and would never want a buyer to receive an item that has been misrepresented. I may be new to Posh, but I have been selling on other platforms for more than 10 years. I apologize you don’t agree with my choice to end it, but I did what I thought was the best move.

lilacaroline12 @shoplegacy they sent me separate emails that confused me. I sent back what was damaged, fully understanding a full refund would not be the end result. I didn’t ship everything back because there were only a handful of items that had an issue, and in other platforms I use, you usually only ship back the item(s) in question- not a ten piece bundle when 9 were great.

The reason i did all of these boxes in first place is because i got VERY busy with my real (fulltime) job during Covid and had tons of unlilisted inventory. I just wanted it out of my house hence why I just sold everything. Until i went and got my mail today i assumed I was getting everything back- and when i didn't it was just another thing on top of a stressful day.

I thought everything was fine until I realized you mixed all the boxes up again. :( for example, one the packages you accepted contained a eileen fisher pink button down- you should have kept that. You instead kept the black striped J.Mclaughlin dress, which should have been sent back :( I told poshmark everything was fine, but FYI

It was frustrating to separate them and I realized I sent back the St. John jacket and shouldn’t have but towards the end I was just putting it all in the boxes. I know I sent back more than I needed to, I should have had 20 items remaining but I only have 16. Thank you for accepting them in. I apologize for mixing things up, but I hurt myself in the process also, if that’s any consolation.

There a few different ways we can go: you could wait until the offer expires tonight and then remove a number of items, leaving a comfortable total for you. Then I can make an offer that’s doable. Okay - it appears that the other box on which I used the Poshmark label has NOT been scanned yet by the post office. I mailed it at a Pak-n-Ship, not the post office. I called that store and the box was picked up on Friday, the day I mailed it. Gotta love the post office 😩😩😩
