blwaser I’m new to Poshmark. Please help me understand. You sent me an offer for a jacket I liked. The offer includes a discounted price & discount shipping, however I have a free shipping offer since it would be my first purchase. Are you adding the shipping charge you quoted to my purchase price, or will I get free shipping?

I have contacted Poshmark support to make sure I am giving you an accurate answer so we both may handle the transaction properly. lilahlebeau @blwaser good morning ☀️ I received an email back from Natalie at Poshmark and she stated, “At this time, the shipping promotion can only be applied to the first order a user places through “Buy Now.” I responded back by asking if that means that you can’t take the offer and have to buy it at cost but I have not received a reply. I hope this gives some clarity. I will resend the offer now 🙂

lilahlebeau @blwaser Also, when you do buy by using the “Buy Now” Feature, it should give you a screen with detailed shipping prices and overall cost of the transaction before the transaction completely goes through so you should see weather the shipping came off or not. If you have any further questions please let me know and I’ll be happy to help!

blwaser @lilahlebeau would you try canceling the first offer, & then resending? It keeps telling me not to try to buy offsite when I try to explain the way it responded to my offer.

lilahlebeau @blwaser I’m unsure of what you mean by “buying offsite.” The original offer I sent you only lasted for 24 hours so there is no existing offer to cancel. I just heard back from Support and they replied with, “Please note, the buyer may Accept your offer, however if the offer is Accepted then the promotion will not apply. At this time, the promotion requires the purchase is made via Buy Now.” I hope this helps 🙂

blwaser @lilahlebeau they just thought I was trying to buy from you without including them. I’m not sure why. I tried to message you on here, about what the payment does when I choose buy it now. I apparently am not allowed to explain that to you because it just gives me that message not to buy directly from someone, & won’t let me tell you what’s happening. It must be key words. I’ll try the buy it now again.

blwaser I just purchased it. Poshmark charged me shipping. Just for your future reference. I sent them an email. I’ll see if they credit me back. They definitely need to fix some system glitches.
