Hello!
In 2016 after searching everywhere, I sat in my kitchen for hours trying to come up w/a way to make a towel that wouldn't keep falling on the floor, but still look modern & stylish. Some of the ones I saw on the internet were cute, but I thought looked a little dated or old fashioned for my taste. Then I came up with my Hang'N'Snap towels!

As a Professional Organizer I gave them as gifts to my clients after organizing their home, but I didn't start selling publicly on Etsy until 2018. Six months later, someone announced on their platform they were selling the same towels I was selling.

Since I didn't patent it, I guess it was fair game. But what I do offer that she doesn't are a vast variety of towel colors & patterns w/a wide selection of snaps - plastic, metal, jewel & pearl snaps. When Posh allowed Home category I started selling on here too, but I also offer bath towels w/my design.

This was a long answer to tell you that it wasn't me on the YouTube video lol. I don't know when the video was made, but thank you! I'm very proud of them, but there's really no way to prove I came up with the idea first.
Shipping is a little cheaper on Etsy (OrganizingWithLili) & I'm able to run sales on there much easier (I have one going on right now on specific towels). Thanks for the question & for stopping by! 😊

I appreciate & admire your dedication to reduce the footprint of your shipping! I try to be mindful, no bows/ribbons unless I’m re-using, as small a box as is reasonable, switched to ink & acid free, unbleached, packing/moving paper. It’s easy to purchase recycled packing paper, and it’s recyclable. Do you have an eco “tips” listing?
