The arch isn't my fault however I do apologize. They are brand new boots and you paid $5 bucks. Your rating really messed up my 5 star rating because you can't wear the boots is totally unfair. I do apologize to you and I wish you could have tried them on first but it's impossible when purchasing online. 😭But anyway have a blessed.🌺🌺🌺

@dannibillions I may have spent only $5 with you which actually turned out to be $11 and some change, but this is my first time using this app. The outcome of this little shopping experience left me with over $100 worth of stuff I can't even wear. Sorry for your five star rating but I worked hard for my money to just waste it on things no one I know can't even wear.

@dannibillions As soon as I receive all of the items I purchased I am deleting this app. Even going to a place like goodwill you can get an exchange or some kind of credit back. How else are people supposed to express their dissatisfaction with the items they recieved when all they hear is "Nothing can be done, you're just out of your money." Never again.

@lithaluv like I said I apologize and requested a refund for you on your behalf. It $5 dollar purchase I made $2.05 the free gift included was $1.99 I profited .06 cents total and my rating dropped 4 points this is how I feed my family.

@lithaluv If you ain't satisfied with your purchase from anyone RETURN IT. I'VE DONE IT SEVERAL TIMES I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AS WELL I feel you I do. However please don't ruin my business over you being unsatisfied when you can return it & get your money & I can resell my merchandise.

@lithaluv Poshmark does refund your money. They even refunded me money for an item that claimed was delivered but never received so refunds are available just ask for it.

@dannibillions I told you what was told to me by Poshmark Customer Service they said they don't do returns and I'm basically without my money unless I want to resale it on the app.

@dannibillionsI apologize for ruining your 5 star rating, I just have no idea what I am going to do with $117 worth of items I can't even wear. Smh This app is crazy af. Not to mention some of the sellers on here were rude af to me as I was trying to purchase stuff. The whole experience just rubbed me the wrong way.
