fanzine Hey Lilia... I purchased yr Betsey Johnson bag & loved it when I received it, but upon using it (not overloading it in any way) the zipper broke. It seems as though it had been on the verge of breaking for a while - I do not know if you were aware of this or not. I "accepted" the purchase but was wondering if there's any way you could give me a partial refund or something else from your closet to compensate as I'm v disappointed ;( you can contact me at skyelis at gmail...

lilyahhh @fanzine Omg! I'm so sorry to hear that! I haven't used it in a long time and wasn't aware since it zipped up when I took pictures & packed it up, but of course let me know if there is anything else in my closet of the same value to compensate!
