chind721 Hi, Lilian! I tried to contact you again, but Poshmark closed the chat. Poshmark sent me a return label and said I have to return the backpack in order to get the full refund. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I thought they could reverse the charge and then recharge me for the $55 we agreed upon. Apparently they cannot do that. I will send back the backpack at the latest next week. I'm sorry this didn't work out. Thank you for your time anyway.

cgaleucia I saw your comment on receipt. The hat wasn't broken before shipping. it might have broken during shipment. I'm so sorry that happened. I thought I packed it well enough. I have a 2nd one I can ship again.
