shopnsell54 @roubina33 I received the crossbody bag today, and it is beautiful, however, there is a blemish right on the front that I was not aware of and was not noted in your listing. In addition, it is a full inch smaller than your measurements specified. When I measured, it is only 1 and 1/2 in D, which makes a big difference.

roubina33 @shopnsell54 I am sorry to hear there is any blemish on it I really missed it. Is it different color? About the dimensions, I always measure the dimensions from the middle of the inside of the bag to give an idea that it can be roomy or not .

shopnsell54 @roubina33 It’s is a darker spot on very front. Can’t miss it. And I measured three times and get inch smaller each way I measure. This makes a big difference on including reading glasses and phone at same time. I needed that extra inch.
