marianking269 Hi. I am a little confused about the down graded rating. I mailed the package and left you a note the day i mailed it I have my receipt from the post office and my confirmation that it was delivered on August 2nd. In which you gave me a 5 star rating that same day. Your down grade says you didnt receive it. We need to contact usps to see what happened. I had no idea you didnt receive it as all indications it seemed like it was. I am really sorry you didnt get it.

marianking269 I will contact USPS with all my info and see why it showed delivered and to see if they really delivered it to the correct place. My confirmation says it was given to a person so it went somewhere Really sorry and a bit confused but i will do my best to see what happened. Marian.

marianking269 Sorry it was on the 1st that i got an email from poshmark stating that it was delivered and excepted by you. Your 5 star rating was on the 2nd. You can always contact PM or the seller when you don't receive an item and once they do a review you should be able to get a refund if the post office didnt deliver it. I am pretty new at this and am not sure if once it is "excepted" and then rated Poshmark assumes it was received as I did. Once again I am sorry this happened to you.

marianking269 I dont expect you to do that. I am so upset and feel awful from having been paid for something you didnt get😞😞 i really want to get your money back to you. I am away from home for the holiday but will be back tonight. I think there is a contact number at poshmark i can call. Sorry i am pretty new and just not sure what to do in this situation but i think a call to them might get something done.

marianking269 I did email Poshmark this morning and they asked me to tell you that you can reach out to them regarding the fact that you did not get the blouse. You can go into the sale and go to problem with order and then it gives you the "contact us" choice. You can then send them an email explaining your situation for their consideration. I hope this info can help you. Marian.
