zunigam87 Hello! I noticed you gave me a 4 Star review on a pair of Mens Oxfords that I shipped the next day, same as pictured with no flaws with diligent packing. You also left the comment saying no need to improve. I was wondering if that is the case then why 4 stars and not 5 stars? If it was a mistake you still have a chance to change it to 4 stars.
