hyelita @lilliesmith10 hi, I know, I started watching the tracking a few days ago because it seems like this was taking forever to arrive. last night when I checked it said the package is in North Carolina, in transit, but arriving later than the initial estimate.

hyelita @lilliesmith10 I've seen some notes in this app about shipping delays over the past few weeks, but I have not experienced anything like this. I don't know what's taking so long, but I've definitely been worried about this knowing that it's a Halloween costume and it needs to arrive by tomorrow!

hyelita @lilliesmith10 the app is showing me information, doesn't say anything about tracking unavailable on my end. it is still showing the package in Transit as of yesterday. sometimes I have better luck with shipping information if I go directly to the USPS website and use the tracking number. I will check that and let you know if it says anything else helpful.

hyelita @lilliesmith10 I'm seeing the same information on the USPS website, it just says the package will arrive later than expected but it is on the way. this is extremely frustrating, it has to get there on time! it's ridiculous that something being shipped with two day priority shipping is this late. I'm really hoping we see the update tomorrow says that it is out for delivery.

hyelita @lilliesmith10 I checked the tracking again today directly at the USPS website, status today is showing the package arrived at a regional facility the Greensboro North Carolina distribution center. it still says it is in transit to the destination, which makes me think it may not be out for delivery today.

hyelita @lilliesmith10 I have no idea how far away you are from the Greensboro distribution center, or if it is possible to pick up directly from the distribution center, but my only idea is you could try to contact the center or your local post office and explain the issue and find out if there's any way you can get your hands on this package. I'm still hoping the information has not fully updated and perhaps they sent it out for delivery in the last few hours.

I feel terrible, this costume is so beautiful and I was really looking forward to you receiving it for this halloween. if somehow it does not get to you in the next few hours I would definitely recommend contacting poshmark and letting them know about this ridiculous shipping delay. I hope they will at least refund your money, and make future shipping improvements.

I was thinking about you all weekend and I kept checking the tracking information on Halloween just in case there was a chance it would come through. I'm so sorry this didn't make it in time, you purchased with plenty of time and I shipped the very next day, there should have been no issues getting this on time since it ships with priority two day shipping.

I don't know if you've contacted poshmark yet, but I would definitely let them know and ask if there's anything they can do because this should not have happened to you!
