jena_kowalski @lillo88 I ordered some Grey ugg ascot slippers in a size 9 back on December 15, and I got my tracking information in an email but since the day I got that email it has said the item was “pre-shipment” and there has been no other information provided through USPS. Do you know how i should go about this or why it happened? It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I ordered it 11 almost 12 days ago.

I’ve been trying to get help through Poshmark support but so far have not gotten any answers. I have just sent a third email to support asking for advise on how this gets handled. Can you also please send an inquiry to Customer Support as well, maybe with both buyer and seller contacting them we can get an answer soon. Thanks

pikachuketchum Poshmark is experiencing an error processing my credit card, saying that it is associated with another account when it is not. I only have one credit card, so I cannot do anything until I hear back from Poshmark support. I have a Visa gift card if you are willing to take that, but it only covers half of my offer.
