lillyapalmer @katmullen27 sorry I actually didn’t mean to do it but was trying to figure out what I could do to make a return (which sounds like it’s no longer possible). But the issue is that these are JCrew Factory and not JCrew and I don’t think this was clear in the description.

katmullen27 @lillyapalmer hi lilly - what leads you to believe they are factory? I honestly don't recall purchasing them at jcrew factory since i don't typically shop there as there isn't one around me?

katmullen27 @lillyapalmer i do see that they are available to purchase at the factory now for $98 but i purchased these in 2014 (before i had foot surgery) and they are most certainly from the store!

lillyapalmer @katmullen27 the inside “JCrew” on the insole of the shoe has three dots below the name and is different than the inside tag in regular JCrew Shoes. They are also not the quality of regular JCrew shoes.

katmullen27 @lillyapalmer well that certainly wasn't the intent to sell you factory at regular pricing/description etc - i 100% purchased these at the regular store so perhaps they were a return. i do hope you get to enjoy them - i only have 5 star ratings so i was completely thrown off by your 2 star! thank you for answering me
