arleen_spain940 Good morning, So sorry, but when I went to package your pants I noticed that they are missing a rivet on the left back pocket. It's white to match the pants, so I didn't notice it. wendypurcell Hi Lilly! You purchased the pink Uggs from me. When I was getting ready to ship I noticed what looked like a stain on top of the right boot(look in the first pic). Didn’t notice it before. These were my daughters. I used the Ugg cleaner but it did not help but actually looks more pronounced (could barely notice it before) Ugh about the stain on Ugg! Please let me know what you would like to do. I will also try again with the cleaner. I did not want to scrub too much at the area.

wendypurcell Hi Lily! You purchased a pair of pink Ugg’s from me. I mailed them out 12/17/2019. Poshmark cancelled the order and I NEVER got my money but you got the UGG boots. I am now trying to make a claim through the post office. Can you please verify you have the boots so I can tell Poshmark.
