alexiscadoret I reached out to posh and they told me that if the item still has not updated tracking by sep 10 to reach back out and they will issue a refund to you for the missing item. I will let you know once again. So sorry this happened. They think the item may have never been scanned in properly.

alexiscadoret @lillyp2 i just reached out to them again ans they got back to me this afternoon, i have no tracking because the item never got properly scanned in. They said i can reach out again if it hasn’t uodated by the 10th and they’ll issue yo ya refund for the post offices mistake

alexiscadoret @lillyp2 no problem! I feel so awful this happened. And No don’t cancel the order, if you do it’ll mess up the ticket I put in and then I also won’t be refunded for the cost of my item as well.

alexiscadoret I’m in contact with Poshmark support rather than the post office so they’re going to make sure you get a refund as well as I get paid because neither of us have the item anymore it was lost in transit
