Hi... I'm sorry to bother you, but you order label was switched(similar first name) and you will be receiving a package with a coach coin purse. We are sorry for the inconvenience! I can offer two options one to open a case/ which will return the package and I will be able to send out your package once Poshmark confirms. Or follow the same procedure and I can cancel your order. Again my apologies. I hate to disappoint a customer.

@lilync No you're not responsible at all and ll your money is refunded after you make the claim and they process it. When you receive it, ask me any questions. And I will walk u through it. I'm so sorry... I would just send the bag to you and pay for shipping but you're not protected that way..

@lilync once shipped back hopefully Poshmark will just give me access to another shipping label so I can send to you ( I emailed them about this) or second scenario they immediately refund you and I will list again for you to purchase. What works best for you I will do.
