Hi, I’m really sorry you feel that way about the sweater you purchased. I wash every item before listing, I lint roll and cut any loose string and check every item for any damage before they go into polymailer for long term storage. I measure every item and describe as accurate as possible so I’m really not sure what you would be referring to. If there was an issue with the Sweater it would have been noted in the description. As you can see I take a lot of pride in my Posh Store!
