tcoonyo Purchased “New” boots and first time I wore them the heel fell off completely. This seller told me to contact manufacturer which I did. Manufacturer has no information on this boot even with the information I provided on the box. This seller could care less and offers absolutely no help. Selling “New” when they are obviously not new and they are defective!!! Buyers beware!!
