highendluvr Hey 👋🏻 thanks for your purchase but I’m super confused about your view.. you order this on Sunday the 16th and you got it today... the 18th so trying to understand your ship time feedback. Also the description says that there was some dirt in the bottom of that bag that could be wash but it wasn’t washed and packing? I put it in a foam delivery bag with stuffing so the bag kept shape. I guess I’m just confused. Anyways hope you enjoy the bag

lharlina @highendluvr Hi about timeliness I apologize I had another item that came in today also. must have been confused. The packaging was not secure the bottom ripped quite big. It may have fallen somewhere it left a dirty mark on the corner. Wish I took a picture before I threw it away. I tried to wipe the dirty specs it didn't come off. May need some serious washing.

highendluvr @lharlina I’m really sorry I use those to ship all the time because post office limits the amount you can take and I’ve never had an issue with them. I use my own money for those and if you look at my reviews everyone is always raving about my products and shipping. I take my poshing very seriously. Sounds like the shipping process was not very nice....

revitalizebykas Hi Lilly. I see that you gave me a poor review on your recent purchase. I did mention in the description that the item was preowned condition with marks on the shoe and specified where. The shoes are $600-$800 dollars that you got a great deal of $20 on. I’m sorry that you felt that the item did not live up to your expectations. Please if you can rethink your rating, it would really help sellers like me continue my business on this app. Thanks
