sydney0422 Hi- I just did a counter bid on the Express magenta colored dress that you have listed. I at first counter bid at $11, thinking that the offered shipping cost would still be $4.99. However, the shipping cost went back to $7.87. That is why I bid $8 and I couldn't go back to change it. However, I would be willing to pay even $12, instead of $11, if the shipping stayed at $4.99. Sorry -i just wanted to make you aware of this and couldn't figure out where to message you regarding the matter.
