hearbetty Hello Lin. Packing your Ryka boots and realized there’s a flaw that wasn’t obvious. I’m so sorry and embarrassed that I never caught it. Site won’t allow new photos but if you look at the listing photos where the 2 feet face forward on the Rt. foot you’ll see the toggle didn’t lace through the side at the top. The inner strap is broken. Should I get it repaired or do you want to just cancel the order?

Thank you again and let me know if I might be doing something wrong. It looks like the hook up has four prongs instead of three and doesn't fit. Thanks again and it looks great otherwise.
