marjoriesmovies Hi there, as i said in the LISTING of the item you purchased, it is a size 12 BUT FITS LIKE A 10. There is no reason to "open a case" when it was CLEARLY STATED. I"m so sorry if you feel you got the wrong size, but it FITS LIKE A SIZE 10 and I would Not sell it as a 12 because of that.
