1sassydj I'm so sorry, I just read your comment on another Pm closet. I hope and pray that you kick that cancer in the ass! My dad has been making cancer his b$&@h since June 2013. The doc diagnosed him with stage 4 lung cancer and only gave him 9 months. Miracles do happen...🙏🏻😘😇

fab_fashionista @hisflub okay, I'm not sure what that looks like but the description stated it has layers of tulle material with an underskirt...no see through layer. The case you opened goes on a sellers record for selling items not as described. It seems a little unfair on my end when I described it accurately and put detailed photos :(

fab_fashionista @hisflub I always ask as a buyer to be sure. I purchase a lot here and have received things where the fabric content isn't what I expected. I know it's not the sellers fault so I accept and relist for sale. That's policy here. Also the skirts in the photos are the exact skirts in a smaller size, I took them myself.

fab_fashionista Since the case is still open in process we have to wait for poshmark to decide. Once they decide you can process the return if they decide in your favor. Poshmark has the funds on hold. I will await their communication. Thanks.

fab_fashionista @hisflub there's nothing I can do for you now. You decided to leave the case open, poshmark denied your return. I only get 80% of the sale. Posh gets 20% plus shipping. I can't refund you a full amount. I tried helping but you went above me and opened a case. Poshmark has closed the case now. If you'd like to resell, I can share to my followers for you...does that help?

You said you would close 3 hrs ago, you only messaged me back after they decided in my favor. I'm sorry but I don't appreciate the false information. Their email stated posh has reviewed the case and "has decided in your favor and have denied the return". If you closed it, it would say buyer closed case. I'm sorry.
