81southboutique Hi, please respond if you see this - it turns out all the shirts together weigh over 7 lbs so I would have to pay $12 to upgrade the shipping label. I would then only get $8. You can choose 8 of the shirts and I will send them for the $25 you paid, or I can cancel the order. I will have to price it higher to make up for the high shipping cost. Let me know what you want to do. I'm terribly sorry but $8 is simply not enough return for me to pay $12 out of pocket to ship. Hope u understand :(

81southboutique @takomapark I can do $30 for all but 1 or 2 shirts, so you get 11 or 12 shirts instead of 13. That will keep weight under 7 lbs and only cost me $8 instead of $12 (the weight of 13 was barely over 7lbs) does this work? If so let me know which 2 shirts you don't want.

disettie That’s awesome! I’m about an hour away now, so I haven’t been there in a while. I went to Sligo Elementary, Takoma Academy, and Washington Adventist College (name has changed from Columbia Union College). I worked at Washington Adventist Hospital when I was in college.

takomapark @disettie No, I’m from Kansas. The man I married was living there. I worked at American University and UMUC, and we owned a bookstore in DC. 4 years in apartments on Carroll Avenue and the bought a house on Kirklynn. We moved “home” to Kansas in 2006, but I love Maryland! Miss it, but not the traffic and congestion.

disettie Wow! Four years of apartments on Carroll Avenue? I know where Kirklynn Avenue is. That’s awesome that you had a bookstore. Things have changed so much. Langley Park is not a good scene and hasn’t been for quite a few years. It’s full of drugs. I’m really glad to be out of the area from all of the traffic, and it’s much worse now. But I do have lots of good memories. Do you remember the Ledo’s pizza?
