Hi Linda! I have to apologize for the delay in shipping it will start tracking today. I washed your poncho the day I was planing to ship and when it dried it had fuzz from a garment that must have fallen apart in the wash. Everything is fine and nothing has been damaged but I had to spend some time getting all the fuzz off your item. ....it was a little tricky. I wish I could show you before and after. Nevertheless I succeeded but it delayed my shipping! Please accept my humble apologies !!!!❤️

@gweegirl I think I would start by sharing and looking at the pictures. Get some good ideas for background ideas and use a good quality camera. Measurement are always a plus to have listed in the description. Disclose all defects in items. Read the Posh Policy on $6.49 shipping fee. It pays for 5 pounds!!! You can’t go over or YOU must pay the extra $ and request a higher postage slip from Poshmark. Read up shipping and selling policy. Stay in compliancy! That will get you started.

Hi! I had a brain seizure and have been in the hospital. Please accept my apologizes that they were not packaged in my normal tlc care. Besides them being shoved in the box and wrinkled.... was anything else wrong? My fiancé has been helping me and all our nerves have been rattled as of late .this will never happen again and I do hope you can accept my apology and change your rating so I don't get blacked marked by posh. I'm in tears I feel so awful
